We’re thrilled to announce that our 2027 Annual Meeting will be held from 9-11 May 2027 at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort in Thailand.
We’re excited to bring our international community of freight forwarders to Phuket. With excellent connections to major logistics hubs, world-class facilities and a relaxed tropical setting, it provides the perfect backdrop for our global network to come together.

Welcome Drinks & Dinner on the Lagoon Lawn
The evening begins on Sunday 9 May at 18:00 on the beautiful Lagoon Lawn, where we’ll welcome everyone with drinks and the chance to collect your name badge, catch up with familiar faces and meet new ones. Then settle in for a delicious buffet dinner with drinks, accompanied by the smooth sounds of a live jazz duo, the ideal relaxed start to our time together in Phuket.

One thing our members tell us every year is that they love having time to relax and get to know each other beyond the meeting tables! So, this year, we’re kicking off Monday morning a little differently. Before the 1-2-1 meetings begin, we’re swapping business discussions for some friendly competition and team-building fun! Join us on the Lagoon Lawn from 09:30–11:30 for five entertaining team challenges that will get everyone talking and working together. It’s the perfect way to break the ice, make new friends and strengthen old connections, all before the tropical sunshine gets too hot! Let the games begin...

Our Future Freight Leaders Initiative has become a popular part of our Annual Meeting, helping to engage, connect and support the next generation within our network. We offer a significantly subsidised registration fee for Under 30s attending alongside a senior member of their company, together with dedicated sessions where they can discuss challenges, explore opportunities and share their perspectives on the future of the industry. The Future Freight Leaders registration fee is £580, representing a substantial 35% saving.

A Final Night to Remember!
We’ll bring our Phuket meeting to a fantastic close on Tuesday 11 May with a poolside BBQ buffet dinner and international DJ. After three memorable days together, it’s our chance to look back on the conversations, new connections and experiences we’ve shared before saying our goodbyes and bringing another UFO Annual Meeting to a close.

Phuket is easily accessible via Phuket International Airport (HKT), with excellent connections through major international hubs. Thailand also offers straightforward entry for many international visitors. All non-Thai nationals should complete the official Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) within three days before arrival.
