98.5% Rated Excellent or Good in our Quality Control Survey - Thank You, UFO Members!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our recent Quality Control Survey. Your feedback is genuinely valued and plays an important role in helping us continually assess and strengthen our membership.

We are very encouraged by the volume of shipments being handled within UFO, a clear sign that inter-trade across the network continues to grow.

As collaboration increases, it becomes even more important that we maintain the highest standards. Monitoring performance ensures that we continue to recruit and retain companies that operate with professionalism, diligence, and integrity.

We are pleased to share that the overall performance ratings are extremely positive, with 76.5% of responses marked as Excellent and 22% as Good, significantly outweighing the 1.5% rated Poor.

These results also allow us to identify and support any members who may require improvement. Where necessary, we will personally connect with those companies so we can review any concerns and work together to address them constructively.

• World Ex (Georgia) - Nino is always giving quick replies and excellent coordination between agent and shipper/consignee.
