My Visit to Apex International in Japan

Dear UFO Members & Friends,

Last week, my cousin Jo and I embarked on our long-anticipated journey to Japan. Japan had been a dream destination on my bucket list for years, and from the instant we touched down until our departure, I was enchanted by this remarkable country. Our adventure led us to Tokyo, Kawaguchi, the awe-inspiring Mt. Fuji, and the cultural wonders of Kyoto, with the thrilling experience of riding the Shinkansen bullet train, of course!

A highlight of the trip was visiting our representative in Japan, Steve Ko and his wonderful Tokyo team including Miyama, Takao, Ishihara, and Grace at Apex International. Stepping into their well-appointed Headquarters (see photo) was a testament to their commitment to excellence, where the precision and attention to detail synonymous with Japanese craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of their workspace.

Meeting their dedicated team was wonderful and their warmth and hospitality made us feel like more than just business partners. We exchanged memories of the many UFO network meetings Apex has attended over a fantastic sushi lunch at a local restaurant. The visit not only deepened our understanding of Apex’s operations but also enriched our appreciation for the beauty of Japanese culture. It was a truly great experience that left us inspired and eager to hold a network meeting in Japan one day!

Apex International became a part of UFO in January 2004 and has consistently been an active participant in our network meetings. Their consistently high rankings in our Quality Control Surveys reflect their commitment to excellence, and we take immense pride in having them as founding members of our organisation.
